What is the Scent Space concept?
Scent Space is our unique approach to fragrance intensity, offering three versions of our scents—Personal, Expressive, and Bold—so you can control how far your fragrance projects.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the US.
Do you offer a sample program?
Yes, we highly recommend our Exploration Kits. These allow you to experience our fragrances in their different Scent Spaces before committing to a full-sized bottle.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most products. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original packaging and gently used. Please note that Discovery Kits are final sale.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. All Commodity fragrances are vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without parabens, phthalates, or sulfates.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of order placement.
